1. Information Collection

Only minimal data is collected: IP address, file name, file format, and upload time.

• Login is via Google; only your email is shared with Stripe for payment purposes
• No credit card, banking information, or other personal data is stored

2. File Handling

• Temporary files for conversion are deleted 1 minute after processing
• Converted files are available for 4 minutes in the free version and up to 1 hour in the Pro version
• Files can be deleted immediately after download by clicking the download button 3 times

3. File Security

• Each file is processed in isolated containers to avoid infection or damage from malicious files
• We do not access your files beyond the conversion process

4. Use of Information

• No personal information is shared with third parties, except as required for payment processing via Stripe
• Emails may be sent for service notifications, updates, or promotions

5. Legal Responsibility

• Users are responsible for the legality and safety of the files uploaded
• Sending infected or malicious files intentionally may result in legal action
