Perguntas Frequentes

How does upload and conversion work?

You send the file via drag and drop or by clicking the button. Processing occurs on our servers and the file becomes available for download when ready.

Are my files stored?

Temporary files used for conversion are deleted immediately after conversion and the output file (converted file) is available for 60 minutes for the pro plan and 4 minutes for the free plan.

Is there a size limit?

Yes. Free plan: 100MB per file. Pro plan: 10GB per file.

Why charge by file size instead of processing time?

Most converters charge per minute of processing time, meaning you pay for a full minute even if conversion takes 10 seconds. ConvertCom charges by file size (GB), so you only pay for the actual data processed. For example: 1,000 images (2MB each) = 1,000 minutes on traditional converters vs. just 2GB on ConvertCom.
